Aims & objectives

The goal of this partnership building activity is to bring together current or new partners from around Europe and; discuss new relevant working methods to connect associations, groups and individuals within the European community. To explore new tools in order to collect and disseminate essential informative to and from potential groups and associations and to endorse the goals of the European youth program..
• Improve awareness of the European youth program.
• Discuss positive working and training methods in order to strengthen the youth program.
• Provide insight and awareness of other European associations who are using these techniques and learn from their trails and experiences.
• Promote the ideals of a safe planet by identifying important causes, discussing their impact and how our associations, individuals and our communities can get involved.
• Gaining personal development for the association, and the individual leaders who participate.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target groups for this Action 4.3 are European NGOs, non-profit associations, municipalities, city councils and youth groups and individuals studying or working within the fields of youth work.

Training methods used & main activities

Plenary sessions, working groups, study visits, energizers, key discussions, presentations.

Outcomes of the activity

As expected new partnerships were created and few new projects took place the following year.

Facilitation, coordination.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
