- The countries represented were: Georgia, Albania, Andorra, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Rumania, San Marino, Finland, Slovakia, Turkey, Lithuania, Greece, France, Netherlands and Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

This seminar included diverse kind of activities:

- formal presentations from official speakers
- content presentations from a keynote speaker
- workshop spaces for co-creation and proposals
- reflexion spaces
- good practices sharing by members of The EYCA association.

During the workshops dynamic tecniques were promoted in order to involve all participants in the activity, forster the reflexion, sharing and collaborative contribution.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcomes of the activity were:

- To learn about the Integral approach of the concept of Sustainability, that was linked to different content, and focused on social, economical and environmental dimensions.

- Team building opportunity: this was definitely an opportunity to work together and define together new strategies and actions, both from EYCA members and other participants from the Partial Agreement.

- Learn from experience: the best valorated content of the seminar was the good practices sessions where participants shared their success stories. Of course learning from experiences is a great example of innovation and those inspiring sessions will also promote the replicability of actions in other contexts.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I contributed to the program agenda, preparing it together within the EYCA coordination team. I also supported in the coordination with the speakers and interventions that were part of the program.

Then I facilitated the event and developed the co-creation workshops as part of the sessions. I finally contributed elaborating the Final report of the seminar, always supported by EYCA coordination team.

I worked on this training for 2 days as a full time trainer.

Testimonial of the reference person

I hereby confirm our collaboration as described above. Alicia is a great facilitator, going above and beyond to prepare the methodology on time, ensuring all participants have the space to learn and express themselves and making sure organisers meet the objectives of activity.

EYCA highly recommends working with Alicia Carpio.
