Aims & objectives

A 5-day international training for Youth Workers who are working daily on the promotion, impact and dissemination of their Erasmus+ projects.
The training focused on the main dilemma “dissemination of projects vs. promotion” of the Erasmus+ programmes and exploring the new trends of communication in order to reach young people and institutions at the same time.
The activities consisted of a number of workshops and tools which aimed at improving participants’ knowledge and competences in relation to promotion, communication and dissemination.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group was composed of 16 youth workers and project managers of youth centers, ngos and cultural centers from Italy, France, Kosovo, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, The Netherlands.

Training methods used & main activities

The methodology used was a combination of workshops, role-plays, activities introduced from the project partners, newly designed activities for this specific project.

Outcomes of the activity

The main result is the Booklet which is published in SALTO-Youth. The booklet is the perfect summary of what was done and achieved during the project.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main coordinator and trainer of the activities. I've designed some activities and facilitated the group process.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
