Team building amongst with the volunteers. Inform them on the objectives of their projects in the eyes of ESC.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My responsibilities was to build the group dynamics and make sure that the group felt they were a unit. My role was also to introduce to them the methods of non formal learning

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
