Aims & objectives

*To support volunteers planning and reflecting their own learning process/progress
*To empower volunteers to deal with stress, difficult situations, conflicts and crisis moments
*To help volunteers understand their situation and adaptation a new project and a new culture

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

28 EVS Volunteers coming from different EU and program countries

Training methods used & main activities

*The training organized using non-formal training methods, which offers opportunities to work as a group while also supporting the active participation of the individuals taking part.
*It included step by-step coverage of all the necessary details of the process of getting involved in an EVS project.
*Different type of methods such as are simulations, exercises, creative approaches (artistic and theatre work), small group discussions, working with images (pictures/videos) and many more will be used

- Education Report which sent the Turkish National Agency
