TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Nordic Thematic seminar is a yearly run activity for E+ and ESC beneficiaries from Nordic countries in the youth sector. Aim is to discuss, share and learn from each other. This year the topic was Working Strategically with Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. Nordic Thematic is organized together with all Nordic NA´s and one aim is also to support and strengthen Nordic cooperation among NA´s.
Participants were E+ and ESC beneficiaries form Nordic countries in the youth sector. All Nordic countries were represented Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. There were almost 150 participants.
Big group effected the chosen methods. We used some creative methods for getting to know and boost networking -like poems, project collage, discussion card etc. For formal parts we had TV-format based keynote speakers session and lot parallel sessions that was based on participants sharing.
Based on the feedback from participants and from organizer it was successful event. Biggest achievement were new Partners and good connection between NA´s and participants.
I together with my facilitator Partner we were part of the reparation team. During the event we were taking care of overall flow of the event and hosting sessions in main plenary (targeted for all participants).

Annina was a pro-active member of the facilitation team, and delivered her task with high quality. Her experience from working in a NA was of great value.
