Aims & objectives

Within this Training Course we were introducing evaluation into the overall NGO management.
Specific objectives for the Training Course:
-To learn how to use evaluation as a tool for NGO development and planning.
- To develop evaluation methods and techniques in youth sector.
- To evaluate performance of our partner NGOs and plan our development in cooperation with each other.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, FYROM, Germany, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Theory and practice of evaluation research, exercises and workshops on designing, implementing and presenting data from evaluation processes.
Secondly, evaluation of condition of our NGOs, cooperation within our partnership and planning the future activities together.

Outcomes of the activity

Useful and innovative tools for evaluation of youth work and youth activities, mechanisms and instruments of inquiries, analysis and reports on our NGOs performance, new projects and ideas for future cooperation.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Main trainer and designer of activities on methodology of social researches.
