This training was part of the KA220 (ADU) Erasmus+ project 'Need for Lead' that aimed to support family members and assistants of people with disabilities to be integrated into the social life, to start businesses, to find new opportunities, to feel valuable and included.
20 participants from Spain, Germany, Hungary, Romania:
family members, social workers, teachers, assistant personnel for people with all kinds of disabilities; medical centres workers, community workers.
Online getting to know each other;
Offline team-building; Bounding; World cafe; Creative thinking; Dialogue of trust & Open-circle discussion; Mindfulness (meditation, yoga, dream sharing); Brainstorm; Businesses canvas & business planning; Reflections & Evaluations; Study visit.
Participants learned about inclusion and the ways of making our society more inclusive and open to diversity, improving wellbeing and practicing to support each other.
