To promote the inclusion issue for development of quality projects under the new E+
To empower youth workers with the knowledge and skills of efficient PCM and project proposal
writing
To develop participants understanding of participation projects cycle, including needs analysis, aims, objectives, methodology, plan of activities, evaluation and follow-up
To improve participants’ organizational skills related to the realization of intercultural youth
projects
To exchange experiences and positive practices among participants on PCM
To encourage participants to reflect on and develop common intercultural projects under the E+
The participants were from the following states;
Belgium, Georgia, Turkey, FYROM, Serbia, B&H,
United Kingdom, Ukraine, Kosovo UN Resolution,
Lithuania, Romania, Albania, Jordan, Italy, Czech Republic, Netherlands,Poland, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Cyprus, Montenegro, Germany, Spain, Morocco.
All states were represented by 2 participants. The total number of participants was 50.

The participants from "Yes we organize" training course learnt how to promote the inclusion issue for development of quality projects under the new Erasmus + programme and to empower youth workers with the knowledge and skills of efficient PCM and project proposal
writing
The participants developed understanding of participation projects cycle, including needs analysis, aims, objectives, methodology, plan of activities, evaluation and follow-up
At the end of the project the participants developed several project under Erasmus+ programme.
The project consists of two training courses "Yes we facilitate"(Trainers; Rui Afonso, Bogdan Blogovac and Ana Skoflek) and "Yes we organize"(Trainers; Stefan Manevski, Ela Jakubek and Erik Ghazaryan).
My tasks in "Yes we organize" training course were.
