Aims & objectives

Training course aimed at developing competences for new mentors of ESC volunteers, with an introduction to the model of competences for Youth Workers, and exploring tools for mentoring. This event was a part of a broader sequence “Making Magic in the Kingdom of Volunteering”, aimed at improving the quality of ESC projects,

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

25 participants from Germany, Spain, Poland, Estonia, Iceland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Cyprus, France, Austria, Romania, Portugal, Latvia.

Team of 3 facilitators from France, Cyprus and Germany.
