Main objecitve of this training was:
Provide knowledge, resources, and support, for Inclusion officers, related to promotion of inclusion and diversity in the Erasmus+ programme (Education and Training)
Specific objectives were:
Understanding the reality of inclusion in the field of education and training at the European level
Understanding contributions of the Erasmus+ program to inclusive practices in Europe with an emphasis on education
Understanding the effects of inclusiveness on the end users of the Erasmus+ program
Providing a communication channel (platform) for exchange of ideas and networking opportunities
Providing NAs` and experts` additional support in identifying various areas for improvement and enable valuable sharing of ideas among participants.
Training gathered more than 30 Inclusion Officers from 28 National agencies that are
implementing E+ Programme in the field of education and training, 5 panelists, and 8
good practice examples.
Participants were representatives of NA across Eu working as Inclusion and diversity officers.
Training was based upon a combination of formal and non-formal education approach. A combination of different creative and interactive methods have been used: presentations, discussions, small group work, structured activities, reflections, self- directed learning.
ID officers had a chance to get familiar with newly established SALTO ID ET, to learn about the support system on their disposal, to enhance their skills in working as ID officers, to c+network and learn from examples of a good practices.
I was a trainer/facilitator.
