Training methods used & main activities

Implementation step by step
1st step: Training course on the island of Serifos (Northern Cyclades) 22nd to 30th September 2009

Why?

To support the creation and development of new innovative and quality Environmental projects in Euromed.
To continue with a Euro-Med strategy that reinforces the cooperation between E.U. and Meda countries in the frame of the youth field.
To promote the idea of taking care of our environment all around Meda and E.U. countries by working on new partnership matching and new projects.
To multiply the effects of the outcomes.
To establish and develop networking between the participants.
To develop a project where all actors will be direct beneficiaries of the outcomes achieved during the training.
2nd step: Practical Phase (Run from the end of the T.C. until the evaluation in 2010): Coaching participants and their project.

This will be a very important step in order to realize an intensive follow up of all projects and their evolution.

How?

To support the participants on the preparation of the project application.
By coaching during all the process until the itinerant evaluation.
To maintain a continued dialogue among this step and the evaluation.
To observe the process of the different projects.
To ensure the quality of all of them.
To actualize all the information relevant for the organizations and the participants.
3rd step: Evaluation - Greece, September 2010

What we propose here is to valuate and to pick up the fruits of all the processes established since the T.C. in 2009 until now.

How?

By creating an itinerant evaluation of each project from island to island in the North Cyclades.
Offering all the NGOs the chance to participate actively in the follow up of the different projects.
Using the testimony of the different projects created and already realized.
Exchanging and the different realities presented, and promoting the meeting with other volunteers.
