Aims & objectives

The main aim of this partnership building activity was to bring together and provided space, time and resources to entities coordinating European Voluntary Service projects, to expand their contacts with the aim of quality cooperation within the new ERASMUS+ Program.
-Contact other Entities working in EVS;
-Exchange of good practices;
-Expand knowledge about European Programs;
-Get familiarized with other working methods;
-Creating Mobility, Learning, Education and Youth projects;
-Establish a collaborative network;
-Quality improvement in projects;
-Introduction to the new ERASMUS+ Program.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

In this project participated 11 partner associations and 22 professionals. Among the participants were project coordinators, EVS support people, representatives from each organization coming from the following countries:
• Spain: 5 participants
• Italy 2 participants
• Poland: 2 participants
• Greece: 2 participants
• Portugal: 2 participants
• Hungary: 2 participants
• France: 1 participant
• Latvia : 2 participants
• UK: 2 participants
• Germany: 2 participants

Training methods used & main activities

The partners actively participated in every activity of the project where they had the possibility to get to know each other personally and professionally in order to make contacts between them through a participatory, interactive and inclusive methodology which consisted of presentations, sharing of ideas, dynamics, open discussions, group works, and frontal presentations.

Outcomes of the activity

The participating organizations discussed models and approaches to improve and initiate collaborations between the different organizations on the development of support systems to quality projects as well as sharing best practices.

The participants of this partnership building activity gave positive feedback already at the end of the seminar days, something that was also seen in the evaluation questionnaires but most of all in the after the seminar collaboration among them.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a support person within the group of facilitators and organizers.

I worked on this training for 11.11.2013-15.11.2013 days as a full time trainer.
