Aims & objectives

● Develop participants’ competences in using non‐formal education in youth work, focusing on personal
and professional development.● Create and share non‐formal education methods focused on the topics of life skills and personal
development.
● Explore the topic of personal and professional development in youth work and share knowledge and
experiences related to it among the participants.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

France, Italy, Romania,
Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal education methods, tools from non-violent communication and intercultural understanding; role games, simulation exercises, team-building, debates and discussions...
Each participant played an active role on each stage of the project.

Outcomes of the activity

This TC open the world of non-formal education; theories, methods, tools, activities... to a new generation of youth workers.
Moreover, by experiencing the basic process learning in an intercultural setting, improved participants awareness towards other cultures and increased their abilities to work
in an international team.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Co-trainer together with other 3 trainers from Spain, Sweden and Romania.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
