To allow participants to learn and practice methods to work with young people in various youth exchange situations.
To reflect on the power of words and how to communicate meaningfully with young people.

JUMP IN, is a project that gives the chance to people with none or less experience to get o know with the Erasmus+ fiel, so the outcomes, the flow and the high motivation of the participants during the whole training course were very satsfiying. With regard to the objectives and the evaluation mentioned above, we concluded that the stated objectives have been reached and we are very much looking forward to the outcomes and seeing the further bits of participant’s information when the October
deadline is approaching.
