Aims & objectives

We based our project in Crises and Conflicts in EVS Process. We will organize a Training Course about this subject.

We tried to raise awareness about Crises in EVS and how to manage this crisis.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Our participants are youth workers which works about EVS in Sending-Hosting Organizations or Ex-EVS Associations

We had Participants from: Spain, Portugal, Hungary, France, Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria and Turkey.

Training methods used & main activities

We used tools about Crises Management, EVS Process and Volunteerism.

For Crises Management we mainly used case studies. We collected crises about EVS process from Ex-EVS volunteers. Then we diveded group and we wanted from them act this crises as a little theatre play. After acting we talked about what we can do and what we can not do after this case.

Outcomes of the activity

After the TC all partners organized some activities about this subject. And also we used htese tools for our volunteers. We keep our contact with the other partners and they said the this TC was really usefull for crises management.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In trainer team, there are 4 trainers who had experience about EVS process. My responsibility in the training team organizing activities about ICL and

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
