- Competences: Designing educational programmes & Facilitating group learning processes
Youth workers from Croatia, Spain, Turkey, N. Macedonia, and Germany.
Non-formal learning methodology: team building, experiential learning exercises, simulations, group work, improv theatre, group discussions, etc.
24 young youth workers from five countries have participated in the training, where they had the opportunity to develop specific competences under the framework of "Competence Model for Youth Workers”
I was one of the three trainers at this course. I have actively participated in development of the program activities and its delivery.
