TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Lea Kovic
The purpose of the conference was to connect experts who meet young people in their work. On the first day, we talked about co-creating the problems of young people in the help process (how experts co-create the problems of young people from the point of view of our own participation, by introducing our own content and how to raise awareness and reduce our influence) and about how to take care of ourselves and our own psychohygiene (concrete tools, techniques). On the second day, we dived deeper into the topic of setting boundaries, both within organizations, in relation to users and colleagues, as well as inter-institutional.
The target group of the conference was everyone who is working with young people (school stuff, youth workers, social workers...). Team was composed of experts of different backgrounds and nationalities.

- round table
- facilitation
Participants evaluated the conference as very successful, inspirational and full of new knowledge. They exchanged a lot on topics of resilience, mental health, self care and setting boundaries.
They also learned about opportunities for how the Erasmus+ program: Youth and the European Solidarity Corps can be a tool for supporting young people who have mental difficulties or they offer prevention so that they do not happen and how youth workers can also educate themselves, connect and grow personally through the programs.
I was responsible, together in a team of trainers to facilitate the conference.
