Aims & objectives

The main aim of this training course was to promote the social inclusion of youngsters through the Youth in Action programme.

Objectives:

- To inform and make youth workers aware of the real situation of youngsters with fewer opportunities and their difficulties to participate in mobility projects.

- To inform about the social inclusion opportunities through the Youth in Action Programme.

- To facilitate the acquirement of competences to manage inclusion projects in the frame of the Youth in Action programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

25 youth workers from Spain

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education methodology, focused in learning by doing and discovering other participants' experiences.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants could lose the fear of involving youngsters with fewer opportunities in mobility projects with the Youth in Action programme and received the necessary tools to manage their own projects.
