Testimonial of the reference person

I think Rob is a brilliant trainer, he has a considerable experiential background in non-formal
learning and he throughly understands and applies its principles. What I would point out is his sense of
creativity and readiness to innovate in the educational vocation. Rob is a charismatic trainer who immedi
ately connects with the group, especially with young people. Rob is very aware in group dynamic when
working with groups and aligns programme in a way that best suits situation, context, group, and the
learning objectives. What I like in Rob especially is that he’s a great team player and values working with
young people in respectful manner.
Another strong side of Rob’s is his background in intercultural dialogue. Having a history of
working in the educational mobility field, he has awareness about cultures and intercultural sensitivities.
Rob is methodical in preparatory work, he creates clear and understandable logic in the programme and
session outlines. It’s an absolute comfort to work with a person who has high level of dedication and
responsibility, Rob is a great manager and coordinator when it comes to educational project development
and implementatio
