Aims & objectives

Promote the sense of collective leadership through adventure and a coexistence experience in nature.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The main target group where youthworkers. The countries where Portugal , Germany , Poland, Greece , Cyprus and Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

The main method was experiential learning in nature. Moreover we used non violent communication, adventure learning, emotional intelligence and positive psichology.

Outcomes of the activity

The training achieve a better capability to lead actvities in nature and facilitate colective leadership. This is based on a meticulous process of evalutation.

Design, coordinate and facilitate the programme.
