Growing Green - Training of Trainers

Aims & objectives

Smart and sustainable growth, inspiring youths to find sustainable and innovative ideas for self-employment with a reflection upon how their activity impacts the world around them. Likewise, the project promotes a strategic partnership between youth organizations and social enterprises in Programme and Partner Countries as to develop, test and launch new tools that enhance the professional development of youth workers and, ultimately, strengthen the quality of non-formal education. All involved partners have been part of the process and are all committed to the same goal – to capacitate youth workers in sustainable entrepreneurship education so that youths themselves can carve a better future and improve their surrounding social and natural environment.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Young people/trainers/volunteers/youth workers that promote sustainable entrepreneurship from Denmark, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Discussions, simulation games, role play, brainstorming, presentations,

Outcomes of the activity

After project event activities are still in progress.

So far, participants delivered a local workshop at universities in Bandung as trainers.
A manual of non-formal methods are in process of being created.
Visits to local sustainable entrepreneurs & dialogue, exchange of information.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full time trainer in leading activities on sustainable entrepreneurship.

I worked on this training for 14 days as a full time trainer.
