Training methods used & main activities

The educational process of this seminar was inspired by the Chaordic Stepping stones methodology. The chaordic path is the path that walks between chaos and order. When we don't know where we are going, or what the future needs for us, we can bring a little bit of form to our work by working with clear steps. These steps allow us to create steps rooted in real need that are sustainable for the community they serve and the people working within them. We used the Chaordic stepping stones both as a planning tool as a tool to get to know the organisations.

Participants were asked to get prepared for the seminar by answering three guiding questions about their organisation current work and objectives. They also brought a symbol representing what they had created in their organisation.

Participants were guided in a learning path which led them to think strategically about their organisation's future. They were developing Strategic Partnership project ideas which are coherent to their target group, organisational values and practices.

Outcomes of the activity

5 different project ideas to submit within Erasmus Key Action 2 Strategic Partership in the field of Youth were developed.
3 othe ideas to submit within Erasmus Key Action1 Youth were also planned.
