Aims & objectives

The aim of the "Get Ready" TC is to train youth leaders on how to prepare, develop and evaluate youth exchanges in the frame of Action 1.1. within Youth in Action programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

32 participants from Spain, Germany, Sweden, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, Estonia and France.

Outcomes of the activity

After "Get Ready! Edition 2", the turkish partners have decided to host the 4rd edition in Turkey in order to encourage youth workers in their municipality to get involved in youth exchanges.
