Aims & objectives

The aim is to enhance the quality, impact, and dissemination of youth mobility projects within the Erasmus+ Programme.

The specific objectives are:
Improve the quality of activities within the learning mobilities defined by action KA151, aiming to enhance the learning experiences for young participants.

Strengthen the impact and dissemination of projects developed through the accreditation plan, thereby increasing the visibility and effectiveness of these projects.

Enhance and deepen the reflection on the active participation of young individuals in various project phases, emphasizing their engagement and contribution.

Promote the exchange of good practices and experiences among different stakeholders, fostering networking opportunities.

Discuss potential future directions for growth, enhancement, and strengthening of the accreditation process within the Erasmus+ Programme.

Enhance the capacity and quality of mobilities in line with the Program's priorities and societal demands, such as sustainability, gender equality, inclusivity, and peace education.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project involved 37 youth workers and project managers with experience in accreditation or those rejected in the last deadline who got more than 60/100 as evaluation.

Training methods used & main activities

Workshops: Interactive sessions designed to facilitate learning, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving among participants.

Case Studies: Real-world scenarios and examples used to illustrate best practices, challenges, and effective strategies in accreditation and quality improvement within youth mobility projects.

Presentations: Delivery of informative content, trends, and relevant updates by subject matter experts and experienced practitioners.

Group Discussions: Opportunities for participants to exchange experiences, insights, and perspectives on accreditation, quality, and strategic planning within the Erasmus+ Programme.

Networking Sessions: Structured activities to promote the exchange of best practices and the establishment of professional connections among stakeholders.

Outcomes of the activity

Enhanced Quality of Learning Activities: The training may lead to the improvement of the quality of activities within the learning mobilities defined by Action KA151, thereby enhancing the overall learning experiences for young participants.

Strengthened Impact and Dissemination: Participants may gain the knowledge and tools to strengthen the impact and dissemination of projects developed through the accreditation plan, leading to increased visibility and effectiveness of these projects.

Improved Strategic Planning: Operators and representatives of organizations may acquire insights and best practices for enhancing the strategic planning of educational activities, ultimately contributing to more effective program design and implementation.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was co-facilitating the process equally with the other 3 trainers. Besides leading specific sessions and workshops I also use the graphic facilitation technique to introduce the program and timetable.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
