FILC - Florida International Leadership Conference

Aims & objectives

The aim of this conference was to show international students their leadership skill in society and how to create and organize groups.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group were over 100 university students aged 18 to 30 year old and from various countries from all over the world.

Training methods used & main activities

During the Conference, formal speeches and workshops in non formal education were used by trainers.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants were trained as succesful youth leaders who started follow up project in their universities and social groups.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role was trainer and workshop leader. I organized workshops on intercultural learning and leadership and personal skills.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
