FACT - Facilitators are coming together I

Aims & objectives

First part of a TC path composed by 2 Trainings.
In this first part we gave participants a lot of methods and tools for facilitation and thay had to create smll workshops (40 minuets) in small groups and perform in the last days.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The Tc was for Youth workers, facilitators and Trainers form Partner organisations.
The countries involved were: Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Cyprus, Croatia.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Sessions on Emotional management in general (TA, empathy, active listening, conflict management,..), evaluation, and Team building.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
