This project was the practice project of the team being part of ToT, being a total group of 4 trainers.
Being part of it meant that we supported each other in every stage of the project, and during the training itself, not just deliver sessions, but also support my peer trainers, evaluate the team work at the end of each day and support the individual and group learning process.
