Viki is a very committed and reliable trainer. Her experience with diverse target groups, especially those with diverse abilities and knowledge in competence-based learning (YouthPass) and the ETS competence models makes her an outstanding professional, but I love her energy, humor, and flexibility during trainings and in every aspect of our common work too!
