Aims & objectives

Aim:

EVS Seminars aim to train, inform and reflect on the EVS experience, evaluate the hosting project, aquire skills, learning about self assesment and get informed about the opportunities exist for following up the EVS.

Needs:

Preparation for the EVS experience, training to be a volunteer, Youthpass and self development assesment, exchange of experiences, exchange of ideas, training on non formal learnign.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group:

EVS volunteers working in projects in Greece, coming from all programme countries.

Training methods used & main activities

Training Methods:

Non formal education; working groups, peer education, experiential learning, presentations.

Outcomes of the activity

Outcomes:

- EVS preparation
- Intercultural learning
- Sence of volunteerism
- Improving the hosting projects
- Self assesement and learning to learn skills.
