Aims & objectives

The aim of the training
• To make mid-term evaluation of the projects, personal and administrational level
• To facilitate communication between volunteers and hosting organisation
• To reflect about achievements and plans for future
• To evaluate and reflect on the volunteers experience and project in the context of Youthpass
• To support the volunteers learning processes during EVS
• To assess learning achievements
• To learn more about hungarian culture

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

EVS volunteers are from 12 different countries Program countries and EECA

Training methods used & main activities

We were use the wild range of non formal educational and pedagogical tools. Group work in big and small groups, simulation exercises for the conflict management practice, presentation by the participants and by the trainers for information’s and practice.
We were focus to the development of the communication skills of the volunteers. The midterm evaluation is the best time to the refreshing of the intercultural relations in the life of the volunteers. The team activities are build the skills of the cooperation.

Outcomes of the activity

The cultural program were a tool for the cooperation and it gives flour to the volunteers to show what their experienced connected to the Culture of Hungary. They will make the common decisions and find out their own program with the facilitation of the trainers.
In the training we are not just evaluate the experiences of the volunteers but we help to them to transfer it to real knowledge through non-formal learning processes in the present and the future too. We were focus to the eight key competences and we analyze the daily activities and projects in the EVS programs from this point of view.
