Participants came from Poland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, The Netherlands, France, Romania.
All methodologies used were based on non-formal education.
We had role plays, peer to peer exchange, group discussions, small groups activities and a case study about organizing an event.
The training was really successful as after a pre-event and post-event impact measurement form participants confirmed that their knowledge increased in areas such as budgeting and finances, contacting stakeholders and project management.
I was a trainer for half of the group, as we had a total of 80 participants and the group was divided in two. We delivered the same sessions in parallel on the different topics and I delivered twice the session of communications and my co-trainer the session on budgeting for expertise reasons.
