Aims & objectives

The training aims to empower participants to share their Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps experiences, act as multipliers for European Youth Programmes, and integrate into the EuroPeers network for wider participation and networking.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group includes young people from countries within the EuroPeers network, who have participated in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps projects, and are motivated to share their experiences and engage with European issues.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal education methods are the core, focusing on peer education and sharing best practices. During this online training course, participants engage in methodological training that includes project management and PR activities, tailored to the virtual environment. The emphasis is on learning how to organize various types of EuroPeer events and effectively share European experiences with peers, ensuring meaningful engagement and impactful delivery in an online setting.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants develop new skills and knowledge, integrate into the EuroPeers network, and are motivated to undertake their first EuroPeers actions, enhancing the network's development and creating opportunities for further participation and networking.
