Outcomes of the activity

Participants develop new skills and knowledge, integrate into the EuroPeers network, and are motivated to undertake their first EuroPeers actions, enhancing the network's development and creating opportunities for further participation and networking.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

As one of the trainers, I contributed to the design, preparation, delivery, and evaluation of the training, working closely with a team that included another junior trainer and two senior trainers. Although my role was that of a junior trainer, the team worked without distinguishing between the responsibilities of senior and junior trainers, fostering a collaborative environment.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
