The ANM is the annual network meeting of the EuroPeers. EuroPeers are young people who have participated in (at least) one of the Erasmus+ Youth programmes or European Solidarity Corps programmes, and who want to share their European experiences with their peers.
The goal of the EuroPeers Annual Network Meeting is to connect EuroPeers (and NA representatives) from different national networks, giving them the chance to exchange practices, inspire each other, network, develop synergies and new project ideas.
The theme of the ANM was (Power of) Inclusion.
In total, 74 people were part of the ANM:
* 18 (inter)national network coordinators / representatives of NA's;
* 2 researchers;
* 4 trainers,
* 4 people with other roles (e.g. photographer), and;
* 46 participants.
Thirteen countries / national networks were represented. In alphabetical order: Austria, Belgium (the German-speaking part), Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
Some of the methods used:
* Breaking News
* Open Space
* Skills Bazaar
* World Cafe
According to the feedback forms (filled in by almost 75% of the participants), the connection of the participants to the EuroPeers network before the ANM got a 4 out of 6 on average, with answers ranging from 1 to 6. After the ANM, all the respondents rated their connection to the network as “satisfactory / sufficient” (so with a 4, 5 or 6). Here, the average rating is 5,03.

I was one of the senior trainers in the team, which consisted of two senior trainers and two junior trainers. Besides that, I was also a part of the Awareness Team (a team of confidants, to create a safer space).
Wendy and the other trainers did a good job managing this international event and providing a good space for mingling, planning and coming together as the EuroPeers community.
