The main aim of the training is to prepare youth workers for implementing a mainstreaming anti-racist awareness in the activities of youth organizations.
Specific objectives:
• To raise awareness and upgrade capacity of the participants on the issues of Human Rights and anti-racism;
• To present educational tools and methods for teaching Human Rights and anti-racism with young people;
• To put the participants in the project context and to build awareness and networking among the participants.

The whole training was built on the concept of non-formal education, putting the learners in the center of the learning process and supporting them to construct knowledge,learning by doing, learning by feeling. Activley participation among communication, team work and idea generation. Folow up and build comitment to the topic.
Actually we bild very stron CHARM community after all.

I was selected as an external trainer within the international project CHARM – Civic Help for Anti-Racist Measures.I was part of the team consisted of 4 full-time trainers -Vladislav Petkov, Liliana UZunova, Ognyan Isaev and Milenko Milenkov and myself. Our tasks and responsibilities were equally distributed and included - planing the overall agenda, revising the agenda based on participants feedback, facilitating sessions, reporting, etc.
