Europe for Citizen Human rights: Now and Then!

Aims & objectives

The youth exchange was the third of four mobilities around the three involved countries in the project. It was a project of the program Europe for citizens, and it aimed at raise awareness about the refugees crisis, the difficult situation that Europe was facing, the problems related to this issues, but it was also about raising awareness about Human rights, what they are, what they represent and how to raise awareness about them among young people.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

3 delegation of 10 people each from Macedonia, Malta and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal education activities, such as world cafe session, open space, team building activities, play roles, simulation activities.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcome of the project was the raising awareness of the siltation of the refugee crisis in Europe and what could be done at the local level.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main trainer and facilitator during the youth exchange, and I had to organize the activities of the project and I was the responsible and manager of the content of the project.

I worked on this training for 2 days as a full time trainer.
