Target Group: University Students, 180 presidents of Local Committees of AIESEC in more than 30 European Countries

Training methods: lectures, interactive simulations, discussions, presentations, video sessions, living library, open space, and more.

Outcomes of the activity

Outcome: The Top Leadership body of AIESEC in Europe developed their knowledge, skills and competencies to run their local chapters of the organisation in the next 1 year.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My Role: Facilitator within a team of 12 Facilitators running & delivering the event.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
