• Reflections on 1st eLearning phase
The target group was mainly youth information workers and trainers from all around Europe.
The team was composed of 2 trainers and 1 staff member from ERYICA.
The training course was based on non-formal education methodologies and aimed to enable the participants to deliver many of the training courses designed by ERYICA included in theirs training system. This ToT is composed by 4 phases, 2 online (e-learning) and other 2 residential. After the first e-learning phase, this activity allowed participants to meet in person and going into dept in the next steps. The participants had the opportunity to foster their knowledge in the field, exchange good practices from their realities, and experiment with some of the platforms through practical exercises.
Throughout the event, participants had opportunity to build a strong network by understanding their role as trainer within the field of the youth information work, exploring different methods and resources as well as plan the next phases of the course.
I and Uku, the other trainer, were responsible for designing the training programme according to objectives, create different sessions and spaces for participants to further explore the relevant topics and support shadow trainers, by following their learning progress/process.
