TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Jonathan Mastellari
The aim of the training was to develop the skills necessary for the staff of the partner organizations to deliver the proposed intergenerational training program using creative drama.
Ireland, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic
We used the following methods:
face to face lessons, Theatre of the oppressed, icebreakers, different type of exercises, games and role plays.
The main goal was to build together useful tools to use during intergenerational trainings and daily life situations.
Each country made the same trainings built as network in Dublin at a local level. We done the training in Bologna and Carpi (I was one of the trainers).
We think that the training was a success thanks to the feedback received during and after the training and seeing that some of the activities proposed have been used even after the training in intergenerational situation.

I have been trainers in Italy of the activities built in Dublin. In Dublin I work has trainer proposing and training participants about Theatre of the oppressed methods (in Italy I am trainer of this kind of theatre thanks to project of IAM - Intersectionalities And More organisation, called Fucsia Teatro).
I was a co-trainer in this project and I confirm the role of Jonathan Mastellari in these activities.
