At the end of the training course, participants will have:
Understood:
• What are youth exchanges, youth initiatives, EVS within Erasmus +
• What quality of youth projects mean
• How to fill in an Erasmus + application form
• What is project thinking and how to apply it to specific activities
Become aware of:
• What are the stereotypes in working with Roma young people and within Roma communities
• What are the themes to work with and what are the taboos while working with Roma young people
• What is the philosophy and priorities of Erasmus + Programme
• What is non-formal education and what is learning within projects
• How to more effectively support Roma young people and Roma communities in their work
• Become more aware of what is inclusion and empowerment and how to do it in their work back home
with Roma youngsters

• Their work with young people and Roma communities so far
• What changes might be needed in their work
• How to involved young people and Roma communities more effectively
Group of participants: 11 participants from ALB, GE, HU, RO, RS, SK

Experiential exercises, presentations, videos, discussions, group work, reflections, learning space dynamics, guest visit (case study), energisers, simulation exercise

Senior trainer co-responsible for development of the concept of the training course, its implementation, support to participants and consultations during project development and evaluation of the training course.
