Aims & objectives

To empower the Youth Workers with clear understanding of Entrepreneurship and enhance their ability to motivate and empower local youth groups to start local businesses for boosting the economies.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers 18...50 y.o. from Denmark,Turkey, Romania, UK, Moldova, Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Hungary, Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

Discussions, Presentations, Group work, World Cafe, Game techniques, Individual reflection, Debriefing, Space Dynamics, Pitching, Reversed Challenge, Theater techniques, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The youth were empowered with clear understanding of Entrepreneurship and their ability to motivate and empower local youth groups to start local businesses for boosting the economies were enhanced.

- Provide get to know each other and team building activities,
- Introduction to entrepreneurship and The spirit of Entrepreneurship as a Competence
- Creative thinking and Problem solving
- Decision Making and Identifying strengths & weaknesses
