Aims & objectives

Focused on Innovation in youth work and especially in the field of Dissemination & Exploitation of Project Results (DEOR) in Erasmus+. The partners exchanged good practices & innovative methods for raising the visibility of their projects and the impact of youth work.
The main objectives of this training course were: to explore ways to increase the impact of youth projects within our organisations and our communities; to extend the potential of non-formal education methods and techniques in creating original projects in order to address the needs of young people; to provide the ICT (Information Communication Technologies) skills necessary for the Digital Marketing of their projects;
to improve strategic thinking and planning in order to raise the visibility of projects in the field of youth and beyond.

27 youth trainers, youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers from:

Training methods used & main activities

The methodology of the training consisted on various non-formal education techniques such as ice breakers, presentations/info sessions, role playing games, small groups discussions, plenary work and brainstorming sessions.

Outcomes of the activity

By improving the participants’ competences, knowledge, skills and attitudes the project contributed in higher quality practice in youth work in general and Erasmus+ projects in particular.
The project is expected to have a positive influence in the quality of work of the participating NGOs and is also expected to have a spill-over effect with local stakeholders in each participating country. The results expected include a higher quality of youth projects in the participating organisations, raise in visibility through an amelioration of their dissemination strategy, and also development of ICT skills and increased use of new technology. Last but not least, the participants developed a network for future cooperation and a pool of ideas for future youth projects.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main Trainer and the Educational Adviser. I developed the training program and the evaluation procedure. I supported the participants in the preparation of the deliverables of the project (Publication of the Project Summary, Guide for DEOR with ICT etc).

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
