Aims & objectives

Long-term project aimed to deliver financial literacy for young women. It consists of series of monthly webinars and face-to-face training for 20 participants, which was held in Bulgaria.
All the activities were delivered in the non-formal education dynamics in the joint cooperation with co-trainer Vassilena Varbanova.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This project is being implemented in the joint cooperation with Bulgarian partner NGO Druzhestvo Znanie Association.

Training methods used & main activities

Online workshops are based on open and group discussions, digital quizzes, presentations, calculations, reflections, challenges, self-reflection and group exercises, home tasks, case studies.

Outcomes of the activity

The feedback from the participants is taken into account and results from the participants' financial lives.

Coordinator of the project and one of co-trainers during the webinar and face-to-face training.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
