Aims & objectives

The aim of the training was to introduce participants to game-based learning as an approach to further develop soft competencies needed for employment of young people.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training involved participants from Italy, Spain, Estonia, Croatia and France

Training methods used & main activities

Educational board games, simulations, theoretical inputs, group work and design hackathons were among many methods used in the course.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants created own ideas for game concepts and were introduced to the variety of games created under Emplayability project.
