Aims & objectives

The purpose is to facilitate the volunteers their start in a new country with a new role. The IBZW organizes EVS-seminars since the very beginning and wants to support the independence and development of these young people as good as possible. In my role as trainer I am carrying the vision of the organization out and try to support the volunteers as best as possible.

EVS-Volunteers from:
Ukraine, France, Spain, GB, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, GB, Russia

Roles Plays
Improvisational Theater
Working in small groups and carrying these results out to a bigger audience
Group Discussion
Simulations
Reflection Times and enabling people to be creating their individual learning environments

Outcomes of the activity

The group was highly motivated and developed a great ability to take care for each other and even create a strong network beyond the seminar.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Together with one Co-Trainer we developed and carried out the whole program.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
