Testimonial of the reference person

Ekaterina Sherer has proven to be an exceptional trainer in the field of non-formal education, particularly in her role during the activity "EAR (education against racism), training for facilitators" which took place from 15-23 January 2015 in Lorca, Spain. She was not only in charge of the development and implementation of the programme, but also effectively managed the dynamics of an international group.
Her ability to design and implement a curriculum that was not only educational but also highly participatory and interactive is commendable. Katya demonstrated a deep understanding of the principles of non-formal education, applying them in a way that fostered active participation and meaningful learning among the participants.
In addition, her ability to manage the dynamics of the international group and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding was fundamental to the success of the programme. She showed a great ability to facilitate sensitive discussions, guiding participants through deep reflections on difficult issues related to racism and discrimination.
Therefore, I not only validate, but also highly recommend Ekaterina Sherer as a competent and effective trainer in this educational field.
