Aims & objectives

The aim of the activity was to bring together trainers, facilitators, youth workers, project managers, NGO leaders and volunteer coordinators from the youth field, who have been trained by Egyesek's flagship Training of Trainers to discuss common challenges and how the community can support
itself the journey of its members and other youth work practitioners.

Participants had the opportunity to share, connect, exchange, collaborate, co-create, design, test and build on the network of like-minded trainers.
The agenda was highly participatory to maximize this opportunity to meet face-to-face and contribute to the growth of the Egyesek Trainers' Hub community.

- Introduce the three generations of T-Hub to each other, get to know each other, strengthen the community and the partnership - creating one community out of three,
- Evaluate the first year of the Trainers' Hub and plan the future of the community.
