Aims & objectives

 The aim of the training course was to increase the quality and quantity of EVS projects for NEET youngsters.
For that we brought together people that are willing to work on more and better EVS projects for NEET, facilitated networking, discussed the quality components and created a support network.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants from 7 countries took part in the activity. The training was done in a strong co-operation between Latvian and Estonian NA's.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal methods were used in the training - experiential learning, group work, discussions, learning in action.

Outcomes of the activity

A network/ community was created. Participants will use their network to send EVS volunteers and offer this opportunity to NEET youngsters.

I was one of 2 trainers developing, leading and evaluating the training course.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
