TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Cultural Window is a training course with contact making elements focused on intercultural
learning in youth projects between EU and EPYW "Eastern partnership youth window" countries
(Eastern Europe and Caucasus except Russia).
It was organised by the Czech NA Youth as a
follow up of Cultural Everest and Exploring Culture training courses considering the priority of
cooperation between EU and the EPYW.
This training course helps to make the EU + EPYW projects easier by discovering the
cooperation possibilities and focusing on the intercultural aspect of it. The potentials and
possible risks is explored and skills and knowledge are developed to support the project leaders
in designing and delivering good quality EU + EPYW youth projects.

13 participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Poland, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic.

The participants have better understanding of the importance and application of ICL elements in their projects.
The participants discovered the new possibilities of the Youth in Action programme within the Eastern Partnership Youth Window, and built further cooperation plans with each other.
A great learning and sharing space was created with a large space for well-being and harmony with the world round us.
Preparation and adaptation of the content and methodology of the training based on the aims and objectives set out by the organizers, implementation (as one of 3 trainers) and evaluation/reporting assistance.
